Have you ever tried a pulled pork crock pot recipe? If you have never tried Carolina style barbecue pork, you are in for a treat. This is not a tomato-based sauce, but one made with cider vinegar, giving it a totally different taste.
I cook mine in a crock pot so that it will be tender. It also helps the sauce soak into the meat better. It is an easy recipe with a small amount of ingredients.
You can use a pork roast, boneless pork ribs, or boneless pork chops. You need about 2 1/2 pounds of meat, and you should trim off the fat if there is a lot.

Add the butter to the crock pot.
Step 2: Add other sauce ingredients
Add the apple cider vinegar, the dark brown sugar, and the spices to the crock pot.
