Now that states are opening back up, thrift stores are once again open. You can find some bargains at thrift stores that you can’t find at other stores. In the last 3 weeks, we have gotten some great stuff. We are sharing with you 10 thrift store finds that we have gotten so far this summer.
Most of the stuff that we’ve found so far are things that we’re going to sell, but there are a few things that we are going to keep.

#1 — Vintage Candy Land Game
If you sell stuff on eBay or another site, the older Candy Land games are popular. We found this one in pretty good condition for $3.
UPDATE (Aug. 4, 2020): We sold this and made a $27.39 profit!
#2 — Candy Land Castle
This is a shape and color matching game from 2007. It is used in some schools, but it is hard to find. The game isn’t complete, but should still sell well. I only paid $2.50 for it.
UPDATE (Aug. 4, 2020): We sold this and made a $33.56 profit!
#3 — 1990’s My Pretty Dollhouse
These dollhouse pieces have never been played with. It was $4.99 for both boxes together.
UPDATE (Aug. 4, 2020): We sold this and made a $11.80 profit!
#4 — Misty Doll
This is an Ideal Misty doll from the 1960s. She is from the Tammy family.
I found her at a thrift store while on vacation. She was $2.
UPDATE (Aug. 4, 2020): We sold this and made a $7.09 profit!
#5 — Little House on the Prairie DVDs
I found multiple seasons of Little House on the Prairie at a thrift store while on vacation. The DVDs are in good condition, but the cases have wear. I paid $1 each. I am keeping these to watch.
#6 — Fisher Price Adventure People Items
This was a really great find for $15. The pieces are in really good shape and from multiple playsets from the 1970s and 1980s.
UPDATE (Aug. 4, 2020): We sold this and made a $21.82 profit!
#7 — Charles Wysocki Puzzles
Puzzles can be expensive. They were hard to find during the stay at home order. They also sold really well on eBay during this time.
Charles Wysocki puzzles are popular, so I will sell these after I make them (as long as they are complete). I paid $2 each, and will sell them around $8 to $20 each.
#8 — Fisher Price Little People
I paid $12 for all of these pieces. That is more than I would normally pay, but they are getting harder and harder to find. A couple pieces are rare, and they are from the 1970s and 1980s.
#9 — Scrapbook Card Stock & Paper
Even though it may not be as popular as it used to be, I still like to scrapbook my photos into albums. I also like to make my own cards. A few days ago, I found all of this at a thrift store for $5.
#10 — Disney Halloween Record
I had this record as a kid, and it is still popular. This one had some wear on the cover, but it still has the sleeve and the record is really clean. I paid less than $1.
