Crab Rangoon Recipe Ingredients
- cream cheese
- imitation crab meat
- green onions
- garlic powder
- Worcestershire sauce
- light soy sauce
- won ton wrappers
- oil for frying
Crab Rangoon Recipe Instructions
This recipe only has a couple steps to follow.
Step 1: Chop up green onions & crab
Chop up the green onions into small pieces.
Then, cut up the crab meat into little pieces.
Step 2: Mix together filling ingredients
Mix together the cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce in a large bowl.
Step 3: Put the filling in the wrappers & fold
Get out a wrapper and wet all four edges. We usually fill up a small bowl with water to use for this.
Then, take a small spoonful of the filling and place it in the middle of the wrapper.
Next, grab opposite corners of the wrapper and fold it diagonally. Do the same thing with the other two corners. You kind of pinch them until it makes sort of a star shape.
Step 4: Fry the crab rangoon
Heat up oil on your stove or in a fryer to fry your crab rangoon in.
We used vegetable oil.
Fry them until they are golden brown and crispy.
Step 5: Serve warm
These don’t taste bad cold, but they are best served warm after you fry them.

Ingredients

- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces imitation crab meat (chopped)
- 1-2 green onions (chopped)
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
