Are you looking for some bullet journal inspiration? I love trying out different bullet journal weekly spreads and trackers. There are so many possibilities when it comes to what bullet journal weekly spreads you can create. One of the things that I love about using bullet journals is that I can change up my layouts from week to week. I also love tracking different habits each week. You can learn a lot of information about yourself just by tracking your behaviors.

Bullet Journal Weekly Spreads
These are a couple simple bullet journal weekly spreads that I have used before.
I tend to make small changes after several weeks depending on what worked and what didn’t.
These are weekly planner pages, but you could use them for other things as well.
Bullet Journal Weekly Spread #1
This is the newest spread I have created. It is set up starting with Sunday instead of Monday.
This layout includes:
- spots to write weekly tasks for each day
- mini calendar
- daily water intake tracker
- sleep tracker
- to do list
- weather tracker
Bullet Journal Weekly Spread #2
This spread includes:
- spots to write weekly tasks for each day
I used this layout to keep track of food, but you could easily use it as a simple weekly spread.
Bullet Journal Weekly Spread #3
This is an altered version of the previous spread. I changed it to include more items.
Plus, this is a larger bullet journal with more room on each page.
This spread includes the following features:
- spots to write weekly tasks for each day
- daily sleep trackers
- to do list
- mini calendar
- skin care trackers
- optional water & headache trackers (see 2nd picture)
This is the same layout filled in.
I tracked my water intake by filling in squares next to the date of each day (each square equaled 10 ounces).
The colors underneath each date represents my headache severity throughout the day.
I wrote down if I took any medicine for my headache underneath a couple of the days.
The sleep trackers are the little numbers next to each day of the week.

Bullet Journal Weekly Trackers
Besides the items that I track on my weekly spreads, I usually have a few other tracking pages that I use on a regular basis.
I create these pages every week because it’s too much information to have on the same page as my normal weekly planning layout.
Bullet Journal Weekly Tracker #1
This tracker includes:
- hours of sleep
- headache severity & medicine
- exercise activities, distance, & reps
- water intake (in ounces)
Bullet Journal Weekly Tracker #2
In this spread, I just changed one of the pages. The first page with sleep and headaches is the same.
I decided to set up the exercise log up differently because I didn’t like how it was in two sections before.
The water tracker is just turned on its side.
Bullet Journal Weekly Tracker #3
In this layout, I replaced the exercise log with a skincare tracker.
The headache log, sleep tracker, and water tracker are all in a different format.
I added more areas to write notes and reflections.
These sections were added to help me figure out why I get headaches and to see what skincare practices and products worked best.
Bullet Journal Weekly Tracker #4
This is a skin care tracker that is for the whole month but split up by weeks.
I tracked skincare practices that need to be done each day and then those that can be done on a weekly basis.
Bullet Journal Weekly Tracker #5
This is another skincare tracker in a different format.
I changed what I wrote down daily because I found that I didn’t need to track certain daily habits as closely.
One thing I added was what my skin was like each day. This allowed me to see if what I did was working or not.
Bullet Journal Weekly Tracker #6
This is the page I use for keeping track of cleaning my room. You could use it to track your entire house as well.
Depending on the task, some things need to be done weekly while others are only every other week or once a month.
What bullet journal weekly spreads & trackers do you use?
These were all examples of what spreads I use in my bullet journals.
I would love to see what your weekly spreads look like.
