Bullet Journal Collection #1 — Birthday List
One easy collection to add to your bullet journal is a list of important birthdays.
This is an easy two-page spread that doesn’t take very long to create.
To keep track of birthdays, you can just write the date and name of the person in the appropriate month.

Bullet Journal Collection #2 — Books
If you enjoy reading like I do, then creating a page or pages about books in your bullet journal makes a lot of sense.
I have a two-page spread for books that I want to read and ones that I want to buy. You could easily have pages for books that you have read for the year or whatever you want to track about reading.
When I finally read a book or purchase a book that I have written down, then I color them in with color pencils.

Bullet Journal Collection #3 — Gifts
I created this list of gift ideas to help me keep track of gift ideas all year long.
Whether you’re planning gifts for Christmas, birthdays, anniversaries, etc., a list can help you stay organized.
On one page of this spread, I have a list of gift ideas for other people. If I think of an idea any time during the year, I can write it down and have ideas already when I go to buy or make a gift.
On the other half of this spread, I have gift ideas for myself. This is mainly so that I can write down things I think of throughout the year that I would enjoy receiving. When people ask you what you want for your birthday or Christmas, you can have ideas already written down.
When I don’t have any ideas written down, I can never seem to think of anything on the spot.

Bullet Journal Collection #4 — States I’ve Been to
If you like to travel, you can keep track of the places you’ve been in your bullet journal.
I want to keep track of which states I visit, so I created a map of the United States. Every time I visit a new state, I color in the state with a color pencil.
This layout did not take me very long to create at all. I printed out a blank map of the US on computer paper. Then, I cut it in half. I stuck each half of the paper underneath the pages where I wanted the map to be. The pages of my notebook are thin enough that I could see the lines of the map through the page. I traced the lines with a pencil and then went over it with my Micron pen.
