(uncooked)

Kielbasa or smoked sausage

large onion
(or 2 small ones)

bell peppers
(your choice of color)

large apple
(cut into chunks)

Instructions
If you plan to marinate a meat, make sure you do this first.
Heat oven to 350°F or prepare grill.
Cut up ingredients into pieces that will fit well on your skewers without falling off.
Put ingredients onto skewers and place skewers on cookie sheet if cooking in the oven.
Cook shish kabobs for 20 to 30 minutes depending on your ingredients. It is most important that the meat gets cooked completely.
While cooking shish kabobs, make rice (instant or regular).
Serve shish kabobs on rice.
