Ingredients
1/4cupoats(old fashioned or quick oats work fine)
1/2tablespoonTruvia brown sugar substitute
1/4teaspoonvanilla extract
1/2cupmilk(any kind of milk)
1/2frozen banana
3/4cupfrozen raspberries
2.5ouncesGreek yogurt(plain, vanilla, or raspberry)
Instructions
Blend the oats, Truvia, vanilla extract, milk, and frozen banana first.
Add in the frozen raspberries and Greek yogurt and blend.
Serve!
Notes
If you get a typical Greek yogurt cup like Chobani or Oikos, you can use half the container for one smoothie.I used 1/3 of a container of Fage Greek yogurt in this recipe because the cup I got had more ounces in it.
