This yummy raspberry smoothie is packed with protein!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup oats (old fashioned or quick oats work fine)
  • 1/2 tablespoon Truvia brown sugar substitute
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk (any kind of milk)
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 3/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2.5 ounces Greek yogurt (plain, vanilla, or raspberry)

Instructions

  • Blend the oats, Truvia, vanilla extract, milk, and frozen banana first.
  • Add in the frozen raspberries and Greek yogurt and blend.
  • Serve!

Notes

If you get a typical Greek yogurt cup like Chobani or Oikos, you can use half the container for one smoothie.
I used 1/3 of a container of Fage Greek yogurt in this recipe because the cup I got had more ounces in it.
