What is Scribd?
For $8.99 a month (or less if you buy a yearly subscription), you get access to over one million eBooks, audio books, magazines, newspapers, documents, and sheet music.
These include popular and best selling books that you actually want to read.
Scribd constantly updates their library to include even more titles for you to choose from.
My Experience with Scribd
In November 2018, I purchased a blogging bundle from Ultimate Bundles that included a free 2-month subscription to Scribd.
This was the first time that I had ever heard of this reading subscription service.
Since I started this subscription, I have read 35+ books using the mobile app on my phone.
I have discovered so many books that I have loved through this app.
One of the things I like about Scribd is that I can choose to download the book to read or listen to offline.
I also like that I can customize my reading experience by changing the font style and size as well as the background color. This makes it easier to read for longer because I can change the background to black (which doesn’t strain my eyes).
Benefits to Using Scribd
When you subscribe to Scribd, you get easy access to all your favorite books on all your devices (even offline).

I have discovered so many new books that I love based on their recommendations.
You also can discover authors and books that you may never see at book stores or at the library.
Scribd works with lots of publishers and has tons of books from new and upcoming authors.
